Welcome to Head start Mental Health Clinic, we believe that everyone should be treated as an individual, with respect and with care. We pride ourselves on being completely open-minded and non-judgmental. We provide a bespoke mental health and neuro-developmental service tailored to the needs of the individual. We have been providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for 13 years in which we have helped people through struggles with General Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Depression, Stress, Body Dysmorphia, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Eating Disorders, Self-Confidence, Self-Esteem, Addiction and Personality Disorders. 

We also provide Primitive Reflex Integration Therapy, this type of therapy is very unique but can be life-changing for children and adults who struggle with poor co-ordination, comprehension, reading, writing, gross motor, fine motor skills, toileting, sleep, energy levels and emotional dysregulation to name a few! A diagnosis is not needed to access this therapy but the therapy has been proven to improve the standard of life of people living with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and Speech and language delay.
